By being a member of our Laguna Club you will receive important benefits when you stay at Laguna Poreč Hotels, Apartments or Campings.

• You will gain points by staying in our facilities that can be converted into discounts at your next stay.
• Just by enrolling the program you will already gain points.
• You will receive our Newsletter with the latest news, special offers and immediate access to availability of booking in our facilities.

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER OF LAGUNA CLUB

• Every person starting from 4 years old can enroll the program.
• This program is personalized so points cannot be transferable to other person.
• You can enroll the program by filling up an application form and give it back at the reception of every Hotel, Apartment or Camping from Laguna Poreč.

HOW CAN I GAIN POINTS?

You can gain points considering the following options:

A.- Every new member will automatically receive 10 points just by enrolling the program.

B.- If you have booked our facilities through our web site, call center (phone & fax) or just directly at the reception of our Hotels, Apartments or Campings, you can gain points based on your overnights stays.

Every Euro spent for overnights stays in our facilities will be considered (Non-board services are not included). In case of Campings the points to be collected are only based on the price per person.

Every 1 euro spent in overnights stays will be 1 point gained which will be credited into your account.

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS?

Every point that you have earned will be discounted from the total bill of your next stay at any Laguna Poreč facility considering the following conversion rate:

Every 25 points gained = 1 Euro

Keep in mind that:

• Points can be redeemed only on a second stay or later.
• Each time you stay at Laguna Poreč facilities, present your "Laguna Club" card at check in to gain points and also to redeem the points that you have gained during your previous stays.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I AM ALREADY A MEMBER OF PREVIOUS LAGUNA CLUB?

All members of previous club can apply to this new loyalty program or they can also choose to be part of the Premium Club where they will maintain current benefits earned with previous program.

Simply fill in the application form at the reception of every Hotel, Apartment or Camping of Laguna Poreč and give it back to the receptionist. You will automatically receive your card with an identification number on it. This is a totally free program for you to enjoy.
