Regulations of Club program

1. FACILITIES PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM

Hotels: Laguna Albatros, Laguna Molindrio, Zorna, Laguna Parentium, Laguna Mediteran, Plavi, Laguna Istra, Laguna Gran Vista, Laguna Materada, Delfin;Vila and Village Laguna Galijot; Hotel & Village Laguna Park.

Apartments & Villas: Laguna Galijot, Laguna Bellevue, Laguna Park, Astra.

Camping: Bijela Uvala, Zelena Laguna, Ulika, Puntica. The list can be extended or modified by Laguna Poreč from time to time

2. PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP

Every person may enroll in the Program if they are 4 years old or older. There is no fee to join the Program. The personalized Club card is given to the Member immediately, once they fill in up the application form at the reception of a Facility.

3. EARNING LAGUNA CLUBPOINTS

Just by enrolling the program every member will gain 10 Club points.

If a Member has booked a Facility through the Laguna Poreč web site (on line booking or off line booking), call center (phone & fax) or just directly at the reception of a Facility, the Member is eligible to gain Club points. In case a Member comes to Laguna Poreč through agencies or by booking through any web site portal from on line travel agencies, the Member is not entitled to gain Club Points from their stay at a Facility. They can only gain Club points from enrollment, but they can only gain club points from their overnight stay if they come next time booking directly to Laguna Poreč web site, call center or at the reception of a Facility. Members earn Club points as follows: 1 eligible euro spent = 1 Club point.

Eligible stays:

Club Point's calculation is based on the total amount of eligible expenses paid. The invoice can be paid by the Member or by any other person at the reception of the facility before leaving it.

Eligible expenses include: Hotel or Apartment overnight stays expenses for the Member on the condition that the room is checked-in under the Member's name. The services that will be considered on top of the hotel stay itself are: the meals that are included in the overnight stays, extra beds & VAT. In the case of camping the only expense that will be considered as overnight stays is the one related to cost of accommodation per person. In the case of apartments, the total expenses of the overnight stays will be equally distributed among all clients (guests) who have check in at the apartment and only the members who posses the Laguna Club card will be entitled to earn their corresponding points.

Exceptions:

Non-eligible expenses are non-board services such as: bar expenses, mini-bar, room service, internet fee, cleaning, telephone, parking fee, residence tax, tips, fees for services and other applicable fees, in-store purchases, spa, products and services, hair dresser or barber, beauty parlor, sports and golf green fees. In the case of campings the non eligible expenses are the cost of pitch, car, motorcycle, electricity, boat, trailer, dogs, overnights paid to agencies for caravans or mobile homes, etc. In the case of camping, Members paying a flat rate (summer lump sum) are not allowed to earn Club points or redeem them in their bills. Points are only earned by eligible expenses that are effectively paid, after the Member redeems the points gained in his or her previous stays. Points will be counted since the first night of the current stay of the Member at any Facility. Therefore, any previous overnights at Laguna Poreč can not be considered for this program. Only a whole number of Club points can be granted.

Points earned with Club card can be combined with other membership cards like CCI, INF or any other National Autoclub card, but only one of this membership cards can be used at one time for paying the bills. Therefore Members may accumulate Club points when using other membership cards for achieving discounts.

Club points are valid for a period of 5 years following the date on which they were recorded. Validity is extended for 5 years each time the Member generates a credit transaction in any of our facilities on his or her account. If the Member does not generate any transactions during the period of 5 years, all previously-acquired Club points on his or her account may be lost.

4. PROGRAM BENEFITS & CONVERSION OF CLUB POINTS

Every member that enrolls on the Program will automatically subscribe to receive our Newsletter at his or her email address with the latest news, special offers and immediate access to availability of booking in our facilities.

The Club points earned can be converted into Euro using the following conversion rate: 25 Club points gained = 1,00 euro.

Club points will be converted into discounts to be used next time that the Member stays in any of the Facilities. The next time will be counted at least as 7 days after the Member left our Facilities and paid his/her overnight stays, thus earning the corresponding Club points for those overnights.

Therefore, on the next stay the Member must present his/her Club card at the moment of check in the facility in order to request the usage of the points that he or she has gained from previous stays. Every time the Club points are being used (converted into Euros to pay the bill) they will be also eliminated from the current account form the Member. The maximum amount of discount that a Member can achieve by using his/her Club points collected can not be higher than 90% of the total bill that the Members has to pay for his/her stay at the Facilities.

5. MEMBERS OF FORMER LAGUNA CLUB

All members of former Laguna Poreč program called "Friends of Plava Laguna" needs to fill in the application form through which they can decide to receive a ''Premium Club card'' as described below or to apply for the Program. The members who will apply for this new Program will start receiving benefits all according to the Program, while old benefits will be cancelled. The members who apply for the "Premium Club" card will be entitled to keep receiving the same discount achieved with the old program. The current discount that they have earned will be frozen, thus it will not be increased with additional stays or expenses. Families of the "payer" (meaning couple and children) that are also included in former loyalty program can also get their "Premium Club" card with their current discount which will be also frozen, with no possibility to be increased according to new stay or expenses. In this case, each member of the family needs to fill in an application form with their personal data in order to get their "Premium Club" card. New guests can not continue applying for the former loyalty program. "Premium Club" card discounts cannot be combined with other membership cards.
