Pursuant to Article 69, paragraph 5 of the Act on Games of Chance (official gazette of the Republic of Croatia ˝Narodne novine˝, no. 87/09), and the permit from the Ministry of Finance (Class: UP/I-460-02/18-01/150, File No.: 513-07-21-01/18-3) issued on 08.03.2018. at the request of the company Plava Laguna (hereinafter: Company), from Poreč, R. Končara 12, PIN /OIB: 57444289760, which is organising a sweepstake under the name of “Ostanimo u vezi!” (transl. ˝Keep in touch”) and Article 9 of the Company Statute, on 31st January 2018 the Company Board determined the following SWEEPSTAKE RULES “Keep in touch!”
The organiser of the sweepstake under the name of “Keep in touch!” is the Company, which has been duly registered at the relevant Commercial Court for the organisation of games of chance.
The sweepstake is organised for the purpose of motivating guests and potential guests of the commercial facilities of the organiser (hotels and apartments) to fill in application forms with their personal information via web, the contact centre or during their stay in one of the facilities, so that they may be regularly notified about news pertaining to our facilities and offer.
The sweepstake is held on the web page of the Company, fairs, events organized by the Company, via the contact centre and in all of the Company’s commercial facilities (hotels and apartments) in the period between 01st April 2018 and 31st October 2018, and consists of only one round.
The sweepstake rules, together with the class, file number and date of issuance of the permit issued by the Ministry of Finance shall be published on the Company’s web page.
All guests and potential guests that fill in the online application form on the Company’s official web page, guests that leave personal information and give permission to be contacted via the contact centre, at fairs, at events organized by the Company, with information on the current offers and news in facilities and offer, and guests of all of the commercial facilities of the organiser (hotels and apartments) that are over 18 years of age, regardless of the cost and duration of their stay, and who, in the period from 01st April 2018 to 31st October 2018, have filled in the application form and submitted it in the visibly marked box by the reception, or have handed it over to the staff at the reception of the commercial facility they are residing in are able to participate in the sweepstake. In order to participate in the sweepstake, participants are obliged to enter personal information (name, surname, address and e-mail address) in the designated parts of the application form.
Guests of the Company’s commercial facilities (hotels and apartments) and all potential guests have the right to fill in only one application.
Potential guests and guests who fill out the online application form or leave their personal informations through fairs, events organized by Company or contact center have one right to participate in the sweepstake.
Employees of the organiser and their immediate families are not allowed to participate in the sweepstake.
The prize pool comprises:
• one seven-day stay for two persons at the hotel of Company of your choice in destination Poreč in 2019., depending on availability.

• one weekend stay for two persons at the hotel of Company of your choice in destination Poreč in 2019., depending on availability.

• one seven-day stay for two persons at the hotel of Company of your choice in destination Umag in 2019., depending on availability.

• one seven-day stay for two persons at the Grand hotel Bonavia in destination Rijeka in 2019., depending on availability.

The total value of the prize pool is HRK 37.800,00
The prizes cannot be exchanged for money.
All online applications, all applications received via contact centre, via fairs and events organized by the Company, and all of the applications submitted by guests residing in the Company’s commercial facilities with clearly legible information shall be stored in the computer database.
In accordance with the computer programme storing all of the applications, each application shall be designated with its own number. While the numbers are scrolling rapidly the president of the committee shall, by pressing a computer button, stop the scrolling on one number.
In this manner, the winning application number shall be selected.
The public draw of the winners shall be held at the address Jadranska 66, Umag on 5th December 2018, beginning at 11 AM.
In case that the application form that has been drawn does not contain complete information on the participant (name, surname, signature, address or e-mail address) entered in the designated parts of the application form, a second application form shall be drawn.
The validity of the draw shall be supervised by a three-member committee comprising:
1. Lea Konjević, president of the Committee
2. Davor Buić, member of the Committee
3. Katarina Turkalj, member of the Committee
Minutes shall be drafted on the course of the draw.
All interested participants shall be able to participate in the public draw.
The results of the draw shall be published on 10th December 2018 at the Company’s official web page.
All of the winners shall be notified on the prize they have won in written form (by mail or e-mail), and within 8 days after the draw.
The winners must arrange their prizes (stays and excursions) beforehand by contacting the Company’s booking centre via the following contact information, within 30 days upon receiving a written notification on the prize won:

If the prize winners fail to arrange (claim) their prizes before the deadline stipulated in this article, the Company is obliged to notify them of the prize won within 8 days of the expiration of the aforementioned deadline, and to determine an additional deadline for claiming the prize that cannot be shorter than 8 or longer than 15 days from the reception date of the notification.
If the winner again fails to claim the prize before the expiration of the additional deadline, he/she loses his/her claim to the prize.
All of the organiser’s obligations towards the winner shall cease with the reception of the prize.
In the case that the sweepstake involves a number of participants that is smaller than the number of prizes provided by the prize pool, the number of prizes awarded shall be equal to the number of participants in the sweepstake. Unawarded or unclaimed prizes shall be sold via a public tender, and the funds acquired by the sale shall be paid to the state budget.
The sweepstake can be cancelled, interrupted or suspended only in the case of unforeseen circumstances that the organiser is not responsible for and which could not have been prevented, resolved or avoided. In this case, participants shall be notified on the cancellation, interruption or suspension of the sweepstake via the web page of Company.
The participants that are participating in the sweepstake shall accept the rights and obligations stipulated by these Rules.
The Rules shall enter into force and shall be applied one day after public announcement as described under Article 3, and upon the issuance of a permit by the Ministry of Finance.
These rules are governed by Croatian law.
The Company obliges to pay 5% of the determined value of the prize pool to the Croatian Red Cross immediately upon the enactment of these rules.
In case of disputes between the organiser and the sweepstake participants, the competent court is the court in Pazin.
